I have studied at the Australian Institute of Fitness and have a Master Certification. My passion for fitness started at the age of 14 when I first stepped foot in a gym. Without any guidance and knowledge, I achieved almost nothing and ended up getting several injuries. I was 21 when I moved to Australia and during the first 2 years; I had no time for myself. In 2011, I joined the gym again and since then I have never looked back. I never skipped exercise for more than 3 days in a row in the last 9 years. I set my goals to get stronger and better every single day. Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars on learning from the best coaches in the industry about Health, Nutrition, Supplements, Mind-set, and Lifestyle coaching.
